The best hike in the Hawaiian Islands. Incredible views of the Napali coast and huge waves in the winter months. Most people hike the 2.5 miles to the beach, some venture further and go the extra 1.8 miles to the falls. Beyond that, permits are required and it’s a multi day trip. Waimea Canyon. It’s hardly a secret but still really cool. Drive into the Waimea and Koke’e parks, check the lookouts and scenery. If you can, move away from the crowds and try one the many hikes.
